We do offer returns on damaged, defective, or incorrect products. Returns must be shipped back within 30 days from the date of receipt. Before proceeding, have you checked our FAQ product section for possible solutions to your problem? Often times there are quick and easy fixes available for your product.
In order to be considered defective, one of the following conditions must be met:
Rechargeable (Sparq Plus):
- Device does not light up upon inhalation
- Device does not turn on/produce any vapor
Disposable (Sparq):
- The light is not turning on
- The battery is not working/there is no suction
- The device does not produce any vapor
PLEASE NOTE: For defective products, 75% of the liquid must be in the device at the time of the return. Once our warehouse receives the defective device, quality assurance will check the item for defects, and we will ship out a replacement. At this time we do not offer refunds for defective items.
