Make sure your battery/device is charged.
Use a dry cotton swab to clean the contacts inside the Plus Device and on the Sparq Pod. This should restore the connection between the Pod and the Device if any moisture has been in contact with them.
Gently tap the Sparq pod and ensure it is connected properly to the Plus Device by reinserting it.
Insert an alternative Sparq Pod to see if that helps.
