There was some moisture on the inside of my Sparq Pod pack. What should I do?

While it is uncommon, humidity and high altitudes can cause moisture or leakage in Sparq Pods packaging.

It's best to avoid direct contact with the liquid. However, if you get some on your hands, wash with soap and water.

Sparq Pods are still usable even if there is a small leak. Carefully wipe the liquid off with a clean cloth or tissue before inserting into your device. If the Sparq Pod continues to leak, please e-mail us here.
