What do I do if my Sparq Pod is leaking?

While it is rare that your Sparq Pod will leak, it's also normal for liquids to want to escape from confined spaces. If you do experience leakage, we recommend following these steps:

1. Hold the Pod tightly in your hand. The pod should be the right way up, with the mouthpiece at the top and metal connectors at the bottom. 

2. While holding the Pod, forcefully swing your hand back and forth to let the excess liquid flow out from the bottom of the Pod.
